Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Reverix Studios website (reverixstudios.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Reverix Studios provides video production, editing, motion design, sound design, and related creative services on a subscription or project basis. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or the applicable subscription plan.
3. Subscription Plans
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Plans begin on the date of first payment.
Each plan includes a defined number of deliverables per month, unlimited revisions on active projects, and access to our team through integrated tools.
Unused deliverables do not roll over to the following month.
You may pause your subscription at any time with 15 days’ written notice. Paused accounts retain their pricing for up to 90 days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 15 days’ written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
4. Payment
All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are due within 15 days of invoice issuance.
Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, calculated from the due date.
If payment is not received within 45 days, we reserve the right to pause services with 7 days’ written notice.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership and rights to all final deliverables produced by Reverix for your engagement.
Reverix retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, templates, processes, and motion libraries used in production (“Background IP”). You receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables created using Background IP.
Reverix may showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials only with your prior written consent, which may be granted or withheld on a per-project basis.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions for any materials (logos, music, footage, brand assets) you provide to us for use in production.
6. Revisions and Delivery
All subscription plans include unlimited revisions on active projects within the scope of the original brief.
“Scope” means the deliverable type, format, length, and creative direction as defined in the project brief. Material changes to direction, format, or length constitute a new project.
Delivery timelines are estimates and vary based on project complexity and current volume. We will communicate proactively about any delays.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement, including business strategies, client information, pricing, and proprietary materials.
This obligation survives termination of the engagement for two (2) years.
8. Limitation of Liability
Reverix’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Reverix is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, or government actions.
